Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivey Timelines

  • Within EU: 4-10 business days after processing.

  • International: 10-25 business days (subject to customs delays).

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

  • Delays due to customs are beyond our control. Check your local regulations before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If issues arise, contact us at support@furbiddenart.com.

Failed Deliveries

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed pickup, we’ll reship it at the customer’s expense.

Returns & Refunds policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email support@furbiddenart.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. If you wish to initiate a return please contact us at support@furbiddenart.com

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
